Helpful details
For a text issue, name Thomson or Brenton and include the book, chapter and verse. For a technical issue, mention app version 0.28.0 and describe the steps and expected result. Only include your device/browser details if relevant; do not include passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Offline use
Reading and preparing a report work offline. Sending a support email or opening the second contact route needs an internet connection and the relevant external application. Copy the report if an email application is unavailable.
Data and deletion requests
Use the same email address for privacy enquiries. The Privacy policy explains local storage, backups, support retention and your rights. The operator has no remote copy of your local study entries.
